The £15.5 million Charlotte Building in Gresse Street, W1, for Derwent London, was designed by Architects Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands and provides six floors of high quality office space. The works include a reinforced concrete frame with bespoke cladding and a glazed façade. Internally the layout is open-plan throughout, segregated by a triangular core which houses the services including the lifts and toilets. No. 1 One Tudor Street, EC4 is a £20 million new-build commercial office project for Client Stockland UK. The building provides 70,000sqft of new grade A office accommodation, arranged over eight floors with a typical floor plate of 10,136sqft.
